Alpine Estimate

The Alpine Estimate is comps-based: we take the median price per square meter from active and recently closed listings that match your municipality, property type, and room count band, then adjust for your living area, floor, and year built.

The confidence score and comp count are shown alongside every estimate, not hidden behind a single number. Fewer comparable properties in an area means a wider range and a lower confidence score, and when we do not have enough comparables at all, we say so plainly instead of guessing.

This is different from a black-box valuation: you can see how many comparable properties fed into your number and the full low-to-high range, the same transparency standard we hold for every property page on Alpine Market.

Coverage improves every week as we add more portals and cantons to our data pipeline. An area with limited data today will get a sharper estimate as more listings and price history accumulate.
