Es ist neben die Haltestelle Siemens, etwa 20 Minuten zum Zürich HB. Es ist sehr ruhig, und die Wohnung ist eingerichtet. Es ist eine grosse, helle, 4.5 Zimmer Wohnung, mit zwei Balkonen, Geschirrspüler, guter Espressomaschine, usw. Sie teilen die Wohnung nur mit einem jungen Mann. Er ist 27 Jahre alt, sehr ruhig und höflich, und macht zurzeit sein Doktorat. Er spricht Deutsch, Französisch, und Englisch. Rauchen und haustiere verboten. Nur eine Person, lieber männlich. The apartment is large, bright, and 4.5 rooms with two balconies, a dishwasher, good espresso machine, etc. You will only be sharing it with one man. He is 27 and doing his PhD, and is very quiet, polite, and respectful. He speaks German, French, and English. No smoking or pets. Only one person, preferably male.
