Wir vermieten ein Befristetes WG-Zimmer bis 30.22.526. Das helle Zimmer ist ca 27m2 gross und Teil einer 4-Zimmer Wohnung im ruhigen Wesemlin-Quartier nahe der Altstadt Luzern. Die Wohnung hat ein kleines Wohn-/Esszimmer, eine Küche mit Abwaschmaschine, ein Bad und einen grosszügigen, sonnigen Balkon, sowie einen kleinen Küchenbalkon. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und doch in ruhiger Umgebung. Wir suchen eine offene, kontaktfreudige und unkomplizierte Person, für die Ordnung kein Fremdwort ist, die Rücksicht auf ihre Mitbewohner nimmt und in einer WG leben möchte, in der man gelegentlich zusammen isst und etwas unternimmt - man aber auch die Privatsphäre voneinander respektiert. Wir sind Celine, in der Forschung an der HSLU und Katharina, Ärztin beim Kantonsspital. Wir sind beide in unserer Freizeit gerne draussen, ob beim Rennvelo fahren, Klettern oder Skitouren und gerne auch mal zusammen unterwegs. Ansonsten schätzen wir gutes Essen und auch gerne mal einen entspannten Kaffee auf dem Balkon. Wir sind offen und unkompliziert und freuen uns darauf, dich kennenzulernen. Eventuell kann die WG weitergeführt werden und die Wohnung übernommen werden.
