Geeignet für 1–2 Personen. Pauschalmietzins CHF 2'210/Mt. inkl. Nebenkosten, Strom, Garagenplatz und Teilmöblierung (Tisch, Sofa, Kücheninsel, Schrank, Vorhänge), exkl. Internet. Depot: CHF 2'210. All-inclusive rent CHF 2,210/month covering service charges, electricity, a garage space and partial furnishing (table, sofa, kitchen island, wardrobe, curtains), excl. internet. Deposit: CHF 2,210. The sublet is subject to the written approval of the property management. If you're interested, please send a short introduction: number of occupants, occupation/employer, and the period you're looking for. I only need ID or residence permit and a current debt-collection extract before signing — these go to the property management, whose approval the sublet requires.
