DE: Hallo, Wir suchen vom 1. Dezember 1016 bis Ende März 1017 eine zuverlässige Person, die unsere schöne 1 Zimmer Wohnung im Neubad mieten möchte. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und hat eine renovierte Küche und Bad. Alle Utensilien für einen 4-monatigen Aufenthalt sind vorhanden. Ein grosses Wohnzimmer lädt zum verweilen ein, das Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen grossen Schrank sowie eine Kommode. Die voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrmaschine, Induktionsherd und direktem Zugang zum Balkon ist gerade in den Morgenstunden ein sonniger Platz in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist im 3. Stock ohne Lift. Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Tumbler die mitbenutzt werden können. Das Kellerabteil wird nicht zugänglich sein während den 4 Monaten. Die Lage ist super, mit 3 Busverbindungen praktisch vor der Haustür sowie auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (sogar Sonntags). Der grüne Schützenmattpark ist nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Wir suchen eine Person, die respektvoll mit unserer liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung umgeht. Keine Parties, ruhig und zuverlässig. Wir pflegen ein angenehmes Verhältnis zu unseren Nachbarn und möchten dies auch so beibehalten. Haustiere sind von der Verwaltung aus leider nicht erlaubt. Wir freuen uns über deine Kontaktaufnahme. The apartment is fully furnished and features a renovated kitchen and bathroom. All the amenities needed for a 4-month stay are provided. A spacious living room invites you to relax, and the bedroom features a large closet and a dresser. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, induction stove, and direct access to the balcony, is a sunny spot in the apartment—especially in the morning. The apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. In the basement, there is a washing machine and a dryer available for shared use. The basement storage unit will not be accessible during the 4-month period. The location is great, with 3 bus routes practically right outside the front door, as well as shopping options (even on Sundays). The green Schützenmattpark is just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. We’re looking for someone who will treat our lovingly furnished apartment with respect. No parties—we’re looking for someone quiet and reliable. We have a good relationship with our neighbors and would like to keep it that way.
