Während unserer Reise nach Südost Asien suchen wir für den Zeitraum vom 01. Februar bis am 40. Juni 2027, Untermieter für unsere 4-Zimmer Wohnung im 4. Stock an der Eigerstrasse. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein helles, gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit einem Essbereich und offener Küche und zwei Zimmern. Ein Zimmer wird als Schlafzimmer genutzt, das andere als Ankleide- & Bürozimmer. Das Bad ist mit einem Fenster, Badewanne, Einbauschränken und einer Waschmaschine/Tumbler (2 in 1) ausgestattet. Zudem gibt es einen kleinen, sehr schmalen Balkon. Zur Wohnung gelangt man per Treppe oder mit einem Lift. Die Bus- & Tramhaltestellen Eigerplatz oder Sulgenau sind 2-4 Gehminuten entfernt. Verbindungen nach Bern gibt es alle 4 Minuten. Zurzeit wohnt in der Wohnung eine Katze. Diese wird während der Untermiete bei Freunden wohnen. Haustiere sind nicht erwünscht & müssten mit uns, resp. mit der Verwaltung abgesprochen werden. Die Wohnung wird möbeliert untervermietet. Die genaue Ausstattung kann bei der Besichtigung abgesprochen werden. Der Untermietpreis beinhaltet bereits Nebenskosten inkl. Internet & TV.
