Die Wohnung bietet: - grosses Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich - Balkon - Schlafzimmer - Gutes Internet (WLan) - Badewanne - Gemütlichkeit dank unseren Pflanzen :) Unsere gemütliche Oase liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Viertel der Länggasse. Mit ÖV 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof. Der Wald ist mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten erreichbar, genauso die Aare. Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe (Beck, Migros, Coop) sowie Sportplatz. Dauer leicht verhandelbar. Wir suchen eine achtsame, nichtrauchende (<- zwingend) Person oder ein Paar, welche(s) Lust hat, unser Zuhause während unserer Abwesenheit zu bewohnen. Unser Schlafzimmer sperren wir während dieser Zeit zu. Das für dich zur Verfügung gestellte Zimmer ist jedoch auch mit Bett, Schrank, Pult etc. möbliert (siehe Foto). Dank des grossen Wohnzimmers & Essbereichs ist die Wohnung sehr geräumig und entspricht für die Mietdauer einer 3.5-Zimmerwohnung. Miete: 1‘550.-/Monat (inkl. Internet & NK) Du müsstest lediglich die Pflanzen giessen :) English: We're going away and are looking to sublet our beautiful apartment in the heart of Bern from the end of December 2026 to the end of February 2027 (dates slightly flexible). The apartment offers: - Spacious living room with dining area - Balcony - Bedroom - Good Wi-Fi - Bathtub - A cosy atmosphere thanks to all our plants :) Our little oasis is located in a very quiet neighbourhood in the Länggasse area. It takes just 5 minutes by public transport to get to the train station. The forest is only 5 minutes away by bike, as is the Aare river. There are also various shops and supermarkets within walking distance (bakery, Migros, Coop), as well as a sports field. The rental period is slightly negotiable. We're looking for a considerate, non-smoking person (non-smoking is a must!) or couple who would enjoy making themselves at home while we're away. We will be locking our own bedroom during this period. However, the room available to you is also fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, etc. (see photo). Thanks to the spacious living room and dining area, the apartment feels very roomy and effectively offers the space of a 3.5-room apartment for the duration of the sublet. Rent: CHF 2,060/month (including Wi-Fi and utilities) All you'd need to do is water the plants :)
