Wir bieten eine helle, geräumige 2.5-Zimmer-Wohnung mit 85 m² in Köniz in der 7. Etage zum Tausch an. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Einbauküche, ein Badezimmer, einen großen Balkon mit schöner Aussicht, einen Aufzug und ein Kellerabteil. Unsere aktuelle Miete beträgt 1.550 CHF inklusive Nebenkosten. Bei Bedarf können wir einige Möbel (z. B. Sofas, Sessel) überlassen. Im Gegenzug suchen wir eine Wohnung in Bern, Köniz oder Bümpliz. Die Wohnung sollte mindestens 3 Zimmer haben. Haustiere müssen erlaubt sein. Ein Balkon oder eine Terrasse ist zwingend erforderlich. Ein Aufzug ist notwendig, wenn die Wohnung im 2. Stock oder höher liegt. Die maximale Miete für die neue Wohnung sollte 1.500 CHF inklusive Nebenkosten nicht überschreiten (gerne weniger). Der Einzug ist frühestens ab dem 1. Februar möglich.
