Hallo! Wir vermieten unsere voll möblierte und komplett ausgestattete Wohnung inklusive Garagenparkplatz von Januar bis Juni 2027, da wir während dieser Zeit auf Reisen sind. Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen, grünen und angenehmen Umgebung und ist gleichzeitig sehr gut an den öffentlichen Verkehr angebunden: * Bushaltestelle „In der Höh“ direkt an der Strasse – ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuss * Bahnhof Schwerzenbach – ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss (Direkte Zugverbindungen nach Zürich HB) Wir suchen eine zuverlässige und sorgfältige Person oder ein Paar, die unsere Wohnung während unserer Abwesenheit mit Freude bewohnt und gut auf sie achtgibt. Wir fühlen uns hier sehr wohl und sind überzeugt, dass auch ihr euch schnell zuhause fühlen werdet. Bei Interesse freuen wir uns, wenn ihr uns ein paar Informationen über euch schreibt. We are renting out our fully furnished and fully equipped apartment, including a garage parking space, from January through June 2027, as we will be traveling during that time. Our apartment is located in a quiet, green, and pleasant neighborhood and is also very well connected to public transportation: * “In der Höh” bus stop right on the street—about a 2-minute walk * Schwerzenbach train station—about a 10-minute walk (Direct train connections to Zurich Main Station) We’re looking for a reliable and conscientious person or couple who will enjoy living in our apartment while we’re away and take good care of it.
