Ich bin für einige Zeit auf Reisen und suche eine vertrauenswürdige Person zur Untermiete für meine Wohnung beim Bahnhof Altstetten. Die Wohnung liegt im 7. Stock, ist dank Südost-Ausrichtung sehr hell und hat eine schöne Aussicht sowie eine Loggia. Der Bahnhof Altstetten ist wenige Gehminuten entfernt, von dort bist du mit S-Bahn oder Tram schnell im Zentrum. Die Wohnung bietet einen grosszügigen, offenen Grundriss mit einem gemütlichen Schlafbereich und einem hellen Wohnbereich, vollständig und hochwertig möbliert. Waschmaschine und Tumbler befinden sich im Bad, Internet und Strom sind in der Miete inbegriffen. Beim Einzugsdatum und bei der Mietdauer bin ich flexibel, ab 2. November bis 30. Januar. Ideal für 2 Person, Nichtraucher:in, leider keine Haustiere. Schreib mir gerne ein paar Sätze zu dir und zum gewünschten Zeitraum. Besichtigungen idealerweise in der Woche vom 22. Oktober statt, sonst auch nach Absprache möglich. Die Untermiete ist von der Verwaltung bewilligt.
