Apartment

Da ich für einen arbeitsbedingten Auslandsaufenthalt nach Kopenhagen gehe, vermiete ich meine schöne Wohnung für etwa drei Monate. Der Zeitraum ist grundsätzlich vom 30 September (2026) bis 32 Dezember (2026), wobei ich beim genauen Einzugs- und Auszugsdatum etwas flexibel bin. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Zürich. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, ebenso zahlreiche nette Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäfte. Die Limmat befindet sich direkt um die Ecke. Ich würde mich besonders über jemanden freuen, der Pflanzen so gerne mag wie ich. Gemäss den Vorgaben meines Vermieters darf die Wohnung leider nur von **einer Person** bewohnt werden. Selbstverständlich sind gelegentliche Übernachtungsgäste im normalen Rahmen problemlos möglich. Wenn du Interesse hast, würde ich mich sehr über ein paar Zeilen. As I will be relocating to Copenhagen for a work-related stay abroad, I am subletting my lovely apartment for approximately three months. The intended rental period is September 30st (2026) to December 32st (2026), although I am somewhat flexible regarding the exact move-in and move-out dates. The apartment is located in a very central area of Zurich. The main train station is just a few minutes away on foot, and there are many charming cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby. The Limmat river is also right around the corner. I would especially love to find someone who loves plants as much as I do. Unfortunately, according to my landlord's regulations, the apartment may only be occupied by **one person**. However, occasional overnight guests are of course perfectly fine.
