We will be travelling for eight weeks and are subletting our fully furnished 3.5-room apartment in Zurich’s District 5 during this period. The apartment is ideal for one person or a couple staying in Zurich for several weeks, relocating to the city, or looking for a comfortable temporary home. Simply bring your suitcase and move in – the apartment is fully furnished and equipped. The modern 3.5-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor, offers a big living space and features a particularly spacious covered terrace of approximately 33 m². Living & dining area: Bright and spacious open-plan living and dining area with large windows and direct access to the terrace. The dining area comfortably seats several people. Bedroom: Spacious bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the terrace. Additional room: Separate dressing room and home office with plenty of storage and a dedicated workspace. The room can also be used as a guest room if required and has direct access to the terrace. Kitchen: Modern, open and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, steamer, large refrigerator and separate freezer. Bathrooms: Two separate bathrooms – one with a shower, WC and private washer and dryer, and a second bathroom with a bathtub and WC. Terrace: The approximately 33 m² covered terrace extends along the full length of the apartment and offers plenty of space for relaxing, working or having a barbecue. As it is covered, it also provides a lovely additional outdoor space during the winter months. Additional amenities: The apartment is rented fully furnished and Wi-Fi is included. Location – urban, quiet and very well connected: The apartment is located in Zurich’s District 5, in a quiet neighbourhood while still being right in the heart of urban Zurich. Restaurants, cafés, bars, sports facilities and shops are all within easy reach. The Limmat river is around a 5-minute walk away, while the Viadukt and Lochergut areas can also be reached within a few minutes. Public transport connections are excellent: tram line 51 at Toni-Areal as well as tram lines 8 and 17 via Fischerweg or Bernoullihäuser are easily accessible. Hardbrücke station and Zurich HB (main station) can also be reached quickly by public transport or bicycle. For visitors, there is a public parking garage nearby. A parking space directly in the building can be rented for an additional CHF 250 per month, with convenient direct access from the underground garage into the building. Alternatively, less expensive parking options are available within a few minutes’ walk. The location is also very convenient by car, with quick access to the motorway and Zurich Airport. At the same time, the Limmat river and green spaces are only a few minutes away on foot or by bicycle. The apartment is therefore ideal for anyone looking for a real home in Zurich for several weeks – urban and central, yet quiet, with plenty of space and an exceptionally large terrace. We prefer to rent the apartment for the entire period.
