Apartment

I'll be abroad for work for a few weeks in November/December and am looking for someone to sublet my cosy studio apartment until **January 1st at the latest**. The exact dates are flexible and can be discussed. The studio is simple, very clean, fully furnished, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There's even a little balcony that can be heated with a solo stove heater/generator - perfect for a cosy winter movie night on the couch-bed if you're down for that! :) **The location** – honestly, one of the best things about the apartment! The location is truly fantastic. I usually get everywhere in central Zurich by bike, and pretty much everything is within easy reach. The neighbourhood has lots of lovely new coffee shops, trendy cocktail bars, and little spots worth discovering, all just around the corner. My friends are often jealous that I managed to find such a great area to live in! Despite being so central, the apartment is surprisingly peaceful. It's quiet at night, both at the front and back of the building. The only occasional noise 1-2 times a month is from the upstairs neighbour, who sometimes stomps his shoes a little loud when coming home, always before midnight though. It's quite infrequent as he is almost never home, and the only potential disturbance I can think of, but thought I would mention that anyway. Included: * Fully furnished studio * Heating * Balcony with a Solo stove heater * Access to a washing machine (washing card included) * Basic everyday essentials, such as bed linen, olive oil, salt, pepper, soap, cleaning products, an umbrella, a shoe rack, and more Excluded: * No dishwasher * No elevator * No dedicated parking space **Who I'm looking for** Ideally, someone who is clean, considerate, and respectful of the apartment and its furniture.
