Note that there is no basement as there is a separate small room with 2 wardrobes (see the door next to the dining table). There is a balcony with morning sunlight. I am looking for someone who will take good care of the flat, who is respectful, tidy and clean. No parties and non-smoker is preferred. 3 months deposit is required. Handover of the keys upon payment of first monthly rent. Washing machine and dryer in the basement, and can be used any time.
