Für die Zeit unserer Auslandsreise suchen wir nette und verantwortungsbewusste Mieter für unsere möblierte 1.5-Zimmer-Wohnung im obersten Geschoss, nahe dem Letzigrund. Die Wohnung ist lichtdurchflutet und verfügt über einen offenen Grundriss, der ein angenehmes Wohngefühl schafft. Der Lift führt direkt in die Wohnung, was den Zugang besonders komfortabel macht. Zur Wohnung gehören vier Dachterrassen, sodass sich je nach Tageszeit immer ein passiger Platz im Freien finden lässt. Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet und wird komplett möbliert vermietet. Ein Parkplatz kann bei Bedarf für zusätzlich CHF 120 pro Monat dazu gemietet werden. **Verfügbarkeit:** Ende Dezember 2026 bis Mitte Mai 2027 (mit etwas Flexibilität bei den genauen Daten) **Miete:** CHF 5'270 pro Monat inklusive Nebenkosten, Heizung und Internet. The elevator provides direct access to the apartment, making entry particularly convenient. The apartment features four rooftop terraces, offering a pleasant outdoor space at any time of day. It is modernly furnished and will be rented fully equipped.
