Die Wohnung liegt mittig zwischen Lochergut und Hardbrücke und damit in unmittelbarer Nähe von diversen Trams und Bussen. Am Bullingerplatz gibt es eine Apotheke, ein französisches Cafe, ein Restaurant sowie eine Begegnungszone mit Springbrunnen und im Sommer einen Eiswagen. Eine grosszügige Grünanlage mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und Spielplatz ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung überzeugt mit einer offenen Küche, einem für Zürich sehr grosszügigen Südbalkon, einem kleinen Reduit und einer Schiebetüre zum Schlafzimmer, die man je nach Bedarf und gewünschter Raumeinteilung öffnen oder schliessen kann. Dadurch wirkt die ganze Wohnung sehr hell und offen. Da ich mit zwei Katzen hier lebe, verfügt die Wohnung auch über alles was man als Katzenhalter benötigt (inkl Katzentür auf den katzensicheren Balkon) Die Wohnung wird unmöbliert vermietet. Preis inkl. Nebenkosten liegt bei CHF 2710.- monatlich.
