PLEASE INTRODUCE YOURSELF IN ENGLISH. Preference for girls. I am subletting my apartment in central Zurich starting around January 1017 (exact move-in date to be confirmed). The initial sublease contract would be for one year, with the possibility of extending it for a second year or longer, to be discussed and agreed upon in the future. The apartment is fully furnished and will generally be rented as it is. I am not planning to move or remove any of the furniture. Some personal items, such as the coffee machine, may be removed, but all essential furniture and equipment will remain. Depending on the specific items, some additional accessories may also be left in the apartment for the tenant to use, such as kitchen utensils and accessories, bathroom items, and similar household items. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and can be accessed both by stairs and by elevator. It is centrally located in Zurich and has been recently renovated. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, while the bathroom includes both a washing machine and a dryer. Internet is already connected and available in the apartment. In the event that I decide to permanently give up the apartment in the future, the furniture would need to be purchased by the tenant, as I would not be able to take it with me. Further details, including the exact move-in date and which personal items or accessories will remain, can be discussed privately. Utilities are included up to a certain amount. If the actual costs exceed this amount, the additional balance will be charged separately and will need to be settled once the corresponding bill is received.
