Die Wohnung hat 72 m² und befindet sich im 3. Stock (Dachstock). Sie verfügt über helle, hohe Räume, Parkettboden und einen modernen Ausbaustandard (2018). Küche und Bad sind modern ausgebaut und vollständig ausgestattet. Ein Wasch-Trockner-Kombigerät befindet sich direkt in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung wird weitgehend möbliert vermietet. Neben dem Schlafzimmer und dem grosszügigen Wohn-/Essbereich steht ein weiteres, unmöbliertes Zimmer zur Verfügung, das flexibel als Homeoffice, Arbeits- oder Gästezimmer genutzt und entsprechend eingerichtet werden kann. **Lage** Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Quartier in Zürich-Oerlikon (8050), mit sehr guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr. Bahnhof Oerlikon (mit Bus ca. 3min), Zürich HB (mit Tram ca. 13min) und Flughafen Zürich (mit Tram ca. 15min) sind gut erreichbar. Gleichzeitig befinden sich verschiedene Grünflächen in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Der Irchelpark und der Wald (Zürichberg) sind schnell erreichbar, und direkt gegenüber liegt eine grosse Wiese. **Wen suche ich?** Da ich die Wohnung nach meiner Rückkehr wieder selbst bewohnen werde, ist mir ein sorgfältiger und respektvoller Umgang mit der Wohnung, den Möbeln und der Einrichtung besonders wichtig.
