This room is will be rented for a temporary amount of time, which is two years. A shorter span of time can be negotiated, with the minimum being one year. The room is very spacious and has its own balcony. The apartment has one shared kitchen and one shared bathroom. The washing machine and the dryer is shared with the other apartments in the building, but is usually not very occupied. You will be sharing the flat with a male and female chemistry student at ETH, so in total there are three of you. The flat is ten minutes (by foot) from the next train station. Connections to HB are every 30 minutes, but the train ride is just 24 minutes. Additionally, the flat is situated very close to a bus stop that takes you to ETH Hönggerberg in just 5 minutes. I am Alessandro, a medical student who will move to Lugano by the 24th of September, but I will be moving back to Zurich in two years.
