The flat has two rooms (including one big of 25 sq), one big living room and the whole flat is already fully furnished. The bathroom, shower and kitchen are new and the flat has its own new washing machine. The rent is offered with a discount at 2070fr/month all included, except electricity, instead of 2870fr/month.
