FOR ENGLISCH SEE BELOW Schweren Herzenes verlasse ich (Julian) unsere gemeinsame WG mit Lorenz (32) und Elli (33). Deshalb suchen wir nun eine dritte Person für unsere Haus-WG mit Garten im Bäumlihof/Hirzbrunnen. Wir wohnen in einem Haus mit viel Platz und Licht: Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine große, moderne Küche mit Essbereich sowie ein offenes Wohnzimmer, alles mit schönem Parkett und viel Sonnenlicht. Zusätzlich haben wir ein separates Zimmer, das wir als Arbeits- und Gästezimmer nutzen. Im ersten Stock liegen die drei WG-Zimmer und ein Bad. Außerdem gehört ein großer Keller mit Waschraum und Werkstatt dazu. Wir haben zudem einen eigenen Hof mit Parkplatz für 2 Autos. Ein besonderes Highlight ist unser Garten, in dem man gut entspannen, Kaffee trinken oder auch mal ein Feuer machen kann. Generell ist die Wohnung sehr hell und offen, und durch die Größe des Hauses hat man sowohl Platz für gemeinsames Leben als auch genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer ist ca. 5 m² groß, hat einen schönen Erker, ist hell und mit Echtholz-Fischgrätenparkett ausgestattet. Die WG liegt im Bäumlihof/Hirzbrunnen. Die Gegend ist grün und entspannt, gleichzeitig ist man schnell in der Stadt und auch der Rhein ist gut erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ÖV sind in der Nähe. Zu Fuss ist man in 25 Minuten am Badischen Bahnhof. Wir wohnen seit April zusammen und wünschen uns eine entspannte, freundschaftliche WG. Elli arbeitet als Pflegefachfrau in der UPK. In ihrer Freizeit ist sie gerne draußen unterwegs – ob mit dem Fahrrad, beim Schwimmen im Rhein oder im Garten. Außerdem strickt und backt sie gerne und spielt ab und zu Ping Pong. Sie lebt sehr gerne in WGs, mag den Austausch und gemeinsame Aktivitäten, braucht aber auch immer wieder Zeit für sich. Lorenz ist nach einigen Jahren in Berlin frisch nach Basel gezogen und arbeitet bei Roche. Er ist viel mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs – im Alltag oder auch mal auf dem MTB – und geht ebenfalls gerne schwimmen. Er kocht viel und gerne (vegetarisch) und genießt sowohl Zeit in der Natur als auch entspannte Abende zuhause. Gemeinsames Kochen oder Essen gehört für ihn genauso dazu wie auch mal spontane Unternehmungen, gleichzeitig schätzt er aber auch ruhige Momente. Uns ist ein entspanntes, freundschaftliches Miteinander wichtig. Wir verbringen gerne Zeit zusammen, z. B. beim Kochen, Fahrrad fahren oder im Garten, respektieren aber genauso, wenn jemand seine Ruhe möchte. Wir freuen uns über jemanden, der offen und unkompliziert ist und Lust auf ein angenehmes Zusammenleben hat, mit einer guten Balance zwischen Gemeinschaft und Eigenständigkeit. Einzug ist flexibel nach Absprache ab Mitte September möglich. Auch eine Zwischenmiete/Kurzzeitmiete ist grundsätzlich denkbar. Because of this, my roommates Lorenz (32) and Elli (33) are looking for a new third person for our cozy house-share with a garden in Bäumlihof/Hirzbrunnen. We live in a house with plenty of space and light: on the ground floor there is a large, modern kitchen with a dining area and an open living room, all with beautiful parquet flooring and lots of sunlight. We also have a separate room that we use as a study and guest room. On the first floor are the three bedrooms and a bathroom. There is also a large cellar with a laundry room and a workshop. In addition, we have our own courtyard with parking for two cars. A special highlight is our garden, where you can relax, have a coffee or even light a fire. The house is generally very bright and open, and thanks to its size there is room both for shared living and for time to yourself. The room is approx. 5 m² in size, has a lovely bay window, is bright and fitted with solid herringbone parquet. The house is located in Bäumlihof/Hirzbrunnen. The area is green and relaxed, while the city centre is quick to reach and the Rhine is close by. Shops and public transport are nearby. Badischer Bahnhof is a 25-minute walk away. We have been living together since April and are looking for a relaxed, friendly household. Elli works as a nurse at the UPK. In her free time she loves being outdoors – cycling, swimming in the Rhine or spending time in the garden. She also enjoys knitting and baking, and plays table tennis now and then. She really likes shared living, enjoys the exchange and doing things together, but also needs time to herself. Lorenz recently moved to Basel after several years in Berlin and works at Roche. He cycles a lot – day to day or on the mountain bike – and also enjoys swimming. He cooks often and with pleasure (vegetarian) and enjoys both time in nature and relaxed evenings at home. Cooking or eating together matters to him as much as spontaneous outings, though he also values quiet moments. A relaxed, friendly atmosphere is important to us. We enjoy spending time together, for example cooking, cycling or in the garden, but we equally respect it when someone wants their peace and quiet. We would love to meet someone open and easy-going who is looking forward to a pleasant shared home, with a good balance between community and independence. Move-in is possible from September onwards, subject to availability. A temporary/short-term lease is also generally possible. We look forward to hearing from you :)
