In unserer 3er WG (4-Zimmer Wohnung mit Balkon, 2. Stock) ist ein 10 m^2 grosses Zimmer an neue Mitbewohner/innen zu vergeben (ab 1. Oktober). Das Zimmer ist möbliert (inkl. Bett, Regal, Arbeitsplatz), schnelles Internet vorhanden. Die Wohnung bietet zudem ein gemütlich eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer mit Big-Couch und TV, eine komplett ausgerüstete Küche und Waschmaschine. Da die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Umgebung liegt, bietet das Zimmer u.a. auch eine ideale Arbeitsatmosphäre. Besichtigungstermine auf Anfrage. Die Miete beträgt 650 CHF pro Monat inkl. Nebenkosten. Wenn du ein(e) aufgeschlossene(n) Student(in) oder junge(r) Berufstätige/r bist, die/der gerne neue Leute und Kulturen kennenlernt und bereits etwas Erfahrung in WGs gesammelt hast, freuen wir uns, von dir zu hören. :-) Wichtig ist uns noch, dass du nicht rauchst und keine Haustiere mit in die Wohnung kommen. Wir sind eine internationale WG bestehend aus einem Physikstudent (24) und einem Medizindoktorand (38). Wir schätzen einen humorvollen, freundschaftlichen Umgang und gelegentlich ein gemütliches Nachtessen zusammen oder eine gemeinsame Boulder- oder Wassersport-Session. The room is furnished (including bed, shelves, workplace), fast internet is available. There's a cozy living room with a big couch and TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The flat is located in a calm neighbourhood, so it provides e.g. an ideal working environment. Showing on request. The rent is 650 CHF per month incl utilities.
