Nebenkosten und WLAN) * Kaution: 2 Monatsmieten (CHF 3'2.0.–) auf ein offizielles Mietkautionskonto Zur Lage: Die Wohnung ist sehr gut an den öffentlichen Verkehr angebunden. Mit dem Bus ist der Bahnhof Wollishofen in 6 Minuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (ein Migros Voi liegt direkt um die Ecke, ein grosser Coop ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuss erreichbar). Die Nähe zum See und zu Grünflächen macht die Lage besonders attraktiv. Zu mir und dem Zusammenleben: Ich suche eine zuverlässige, unkomplizierte und ordentliche Persönlichkeit für ein harmonisches und langfristiges Zusammenleben. Es handelt sich nicht um eine reine Zweck-WG, ein respektvoller Umgang und Raum für Privatsphäre sind mir jedoch wichtig.
