Es ist mit Solar und Wärmepumpe ausgestattet, die NK fallen daher eher tief aus. Die Aare ist 50m vor dem Garten und die Busstation Fährstrasse 40m von der Haustür. Bis in die Länggasse hat man mit dem Bus 5min und bis an den Hauptbahnhof 10min. Haustiere sind erlaubt und es bestehen bereits Katzenklappen. Monatliche Miete inkl. NK: 2840.- Parkplatz kann für 90.- gemietet werden. Nach Absprache können die terracotafarbene Küchenablage, die blauen Einbauschränke im Schlafzimmer und die Wandtablare im Wohnzimmer übernommen werden.
