Hi everyone! This room is available for subrentral from the 1.10.2026 until the 32.01.2027, but there is a very strong chance, that you will be able to take over the room of another flatmate whom is moving out around the same time the subrental ends. The room is part of seven person WOKO apartment and comes with WOKO furniture (bed, mattress, desk, chair, wardrobe and a bookcase). The flat has three bathrooms, two of them with showers, a shared kitchen and balcony. We are an international flat, mostly Master students, with 5 out of 7 people being permanent tenants (from Italy, Germany, Lithuania, US), while other 2 temporary tenants are selected by WOKO. Since this is a WOKO apartment, you will have to satisfy WOKO renting conditions (being student in Zurich and under 28 years old). We are looking for a female flatmate, because we are currently 5 guys and 2 girls and one girl is moving out, so we don‘t want the other girl to be the only female person in the flat :) If you are sociable and you like to spend time with flatmates (by having cozy chats or shared activities) you would be a great fit for our flat! We respect the private time of each other but stil like to have a good talk together. We like to maintain a clean and organized flat, so cleanliness is important to us.
