Ich suche eine Nachmieter:in für meine **helle und gemütliche 1½-Zimmer-Wohnung**. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz und eignet sich ideal für **eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar**. Für mich persönlich war sie alleine sogar eher gross. Besonders schön ist das **helle Wohnzimmer**, in das bei schönem Wetter viel Sonne fällt und für eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre sorgt. ☀️ Das zusätzliche Zimmer kann flexibel genutzt werden, beispielsweise als **Büro/Homeoffice, Lesezimmer oder Ankleidezimmer**. Ein **Balkon** ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Auch das Wohnen im Haus habe ich als **ruhig und angenehm** empfunden. Es ist nicht hellhörig oder störend laut, sodass man sich zu Hause gut entspannen kann. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch. Der **Bahnhof Wil ist in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar**. Beim Bahnhof befinden sich unter anderem **Coop und Denner** sowie weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch der öffentliche Verkehr und vieles für den täglichen Bedarf sind schnell zu Fuss erreichbar. Bei Interesse können Sie sich gerne melden und wir vereinbaren ein Besichtigungstermin. :)
