Ich suche per 15. November einen Nachmieter für meine wunderschöne und sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung. Sie ist zwischen Marktplatz und Barfüsserplatz gelegen und alles was man braucht ist innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar mit direktem Anschluss an Tram und Bus. Die Wohnung ist ungefähr 52m2 gross mit einem grossen Koch, Wohn, Essbereich. Das Schlafzimmer ist im hinteren Bereich der Wohnung ohne Türe abgetrennt. Durch beidseite Fenster ist die Wohnung sehr hell. - Eigene Waschmaschine und Tumbler in der Wohnung - Moderne Küche mit Spülmaschine, Backofen und Kühlschrank mit kleinem Gefrieffach - Modernes Bad mit Regenwalddusche - Eigener Stauraum im Estrich (abgetrennt mit eingebauten Regalen) - Kleine Haustiere erlaubt, für grössere Tiere (katzen, Hunde, etc.) braucht es die Einwilligung der Verwaltung - Lift im Gebäude Ich habe nun fast 3,5 Jahre hier gewohnt und war sehr glücklich hier. Das Haus in sich ist sehr gut schallgedämmt und man hört nichts von den Nachbarn. Wenn Veranstaltungen in der Innenstadt sind bekommt man das auch mit, aber da das Schlafzimmer von der Strassenseite abgewandt ist war das für mich auch nie ein Problem. Ausser Fasnacht: Da heisst es entweder mitmachen oder für 3 Tage die Stadt verlassen!
