There is also a cleaning schedule for the shared areas of the apartment. Each person is responsible for cleaning the common areas once a month according to the cleaning schedule. To rent the room, you will need to provide proof of sufficient income to pay the rent + 2000 CHF in deposit, a document showing that you have no outstanding debts, and a valid identification document.
