Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind nach Osten ausgerichtet mit Dachfenstern und je einem großen Fenster zum Innenraum, welches mit Vorhängen zugezogen werden kann. Die Wohnung ist möbliert (wird aktuell als Ferienwohnung genutzt), das WG Zimmer kann aber alternativ auch mit eigenen Möbeln eingerichtet werden. In wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar sind: \- Hafenpromenade / Badestelle \- Bahnhof (mit Schnellzugverbindung nach Zürich und Konstanz) \- Supermarkt mit extra langen Öffnungszeiten \- Bodenseeradweg \- Restaurants / Eiscafé \- Schulen
