You would mainly share the apartment with me, Letizia, 36, a startup founder working in the food and health sector, with a love for yoga, movement and music, as well as with the person renting the other available room. Miguel, 45, lives in a separate room off the staircase, outside the apartment itself. He briefly uses the bathroom, usually twice a day, and otherwise spends most of his time working or with his family. We appreciate a warm, easy-going home atmosphere based on kindness, independence and open, positive communication. We are looking for someone conscious, kind and respectful, who enjoys having a calm and recharging home surrounded by green while also valuing independence and their own rhythm.
