Description
Ich miete einen PKW Stellplatz im Parkhaus Gundeli-Park in der J.J.Balmer-Strasse 8 und biete diesen für Dezember 2026 und Januar 2027 an, da ich selbst aus Basel wegziehen werde. Normalerweise kostet der Parkplatz 150 ohne MwSt. bei Wincasa - ich würde ihn für die Monate Dezember und Januar aber für CHF 150 vergeben. In der Tiefgarage hat es auch einen Waschbereich, was speziell im Winter super ist wie ich finde. Ich bin mir sicher eine "Übernahme" des Stellplatzes kann auch eingefädelt werden wenn Bedarf ist, da sich dort noch viele leere Plätze befinden. Das müsste dann mit Wincasa abgewickelt werden, den Kontakt kann ich gerne vermitteln.
