Wir untermieten ein Zimmer (ca. 7 m²) in einer renovierten, gepflegten Wohnung im Zentrum von Dübendorf. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen: Bahnhof Stettbach ist in ca. 4 Minuten erreichbar, Zürich HB in ca. 27 Minuten. Das Zimmer ist ruhig, hell und komplett möbliert. Die Miete beträgt 2220 CHF pro Monat (brutto, inkl. Strom und WLAN). In der Wohnung wohnt momentan nur meine Tante Slavica aus Kroatien. Sie arbeitet sehr viel und ist oft nicht zuhause. Wenn sie da ist, ist es meistens entspannt und ihr Essen ist abartig fein. Da ich praktisch nie in der Wohnung übernachte, meistens ist es sehr ruhig. Entsprechend ist mir wichtig, dass du verantwortungsbewusst bist und sorgfältig mit der Wohnung umgehst. Zu mir: Ich bin der Hauptmieter der Wohnung (zusammen mit meiner Tante). Ich komme ab und zu zum Besuch vorbei, wohne aber nicht in der Wohnung sondern in Zürich an der Kreuzstrasse und arbeite als Projektleiter bei der Firma XIAG in Winti.
