Die Lage ist ideal für Pendler: Der Autobahnanschluss ist in ca. 1 Minuten erreichbar, du fährst also nicht durch die ganze Stadt, z. B. Richtung Zürich. Die Bushaltestelle ist 1 Minuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe, und die AFG Arena liegt gleich um die Ecke. Cleverfit ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke sowie ein kleiner Park super zum joggen oder spazieren. Miete: CHF 1'310. brutto (900. netto + 75. Heizkosten-Akonto + 75. Nebenkosten-Akonto) Parkplatz: auf Wunsch separat mietbar Einzug: ab sofort Besichtigungen sind kurzfristig möglich.
