Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5.Stock. Vom Balkon aus Blick auf Rigi und Pilatus. Morgensonne bis ca 13.00Uhr. Zu Auswahl stehen 2 Zimmer, grün oder gelb (siehe Foto Grundriss im Anhang). Das andere Zimmer ist für die gemeinsame Nutzung gedacht. (Bisher Büro und Wäschezimmer) Bin jedoch offen für andere Ideen. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Balkon mit toller Aussicht. Einkausfmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants etc. sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. (Aldi/Coop/Bäckerei >2min/Fuss) Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Gebäude (Station Busschleife). In ca. 15-20min ist man am Bahnhof Luzern. Wlan und TV ist im Mietpreis inklusiv. Küche sowie Wohnzimmer und 2 Wc's (Gäste-WC+ grosses Badezimmer mit Badwanne) sind zur Mitbenüztung. Alles ausser das zu beziehende Zimmer ist möbeliert. Die zusätzlichen Kosten wie Strom, Wasser, etc. werden unter den Mietern prozentual aufgeteilt. Ein Parkplatz (Tiefgarage mit Liftanschluss) , kann dazugemietet werden. CHF 2.0.- /Monat. Waschküche sowie Tumbler sind vorhanden. Ca. CHF 1 -max CHF 2.- pro Wäsche. Keine Haustiere erlaubt. Besichtigungstermine können gerne via Kontaktformular oder direktem Melden vereinbart werden.
