I'm subletting my cozy, furnished studio in Unterstrass **until March**, with likely possibility of taking over the contract afterwards. It's a great fit for someone spending a few months in Zürich. **The apartment:** A 24 m² studio on the 3rd floor. The double bed is set apart from the living area by a large IKEA Kallax shelf (5x5), which gives you a separate sleeping nook and plenty of storage space. The living area has a sofa, a table with two chairs, and the kitchen comes with a dishwasher and an extra kitchen cabinet for storage. At the entrance there's a coat hanger and a shoe rack. The apartment also has its own attic storage space under the roof, accessible via pull-down stairs from the ceiling. **Location:** 3 minutes' walk to the Hirschwiesenstrasse stop (lines 20 and 52), 25 minutes to Zürich HB and 20 minutes to the airport. Irchelpark is just around the corner. **Rent:** CHF 2,400 per month, all inclusive (utilities and Wi-Fi). Deposit: CHF 4,000. **Good to know:** The studio is suitable for 2 person or couples. There's a shared laundry room in the basement. No smoking and no pets. The sublet is approved by the landlord. I'm looking for a tidy, reliable tenant who will treat the place like their own.
