The apartment is located in the lively and well-connected neighbourhood of **Zurich Wiedikon**. It was **fully renovated in 2021** and is modern, cosy, and spacious. **About the apartment** The flat is a **two-storey maisonette** with **two bathrooms**, a **fully equipped kitchen**, and a **large rooftop terrace** (likely less in use during winter, but still a nice feature). The **living room** is directly accessible and offers large and cozy space. There is an additional **small office room** with a working desk which can be used as home office location. Access to second floor goes either through the room or via external stair on the roof terrace. A **bike** is available for use if needed. A **parking space in the underground garage** can be rented separately. **About your flatmates** You’ll be sharing the apartment with **C. (male)** and **A. (female)**, both in their end-30s and working full-time. The atmosphere in the flat is relaxed and respectful. Cooking together or occasional shared activities are welcome but not expected.
