Alles ist für einen Einpersonenhaushalt ausgestattet. Weiter hat es einen Kleiderschrank und eine Garderobe. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC ist gleich nebenan und wird mit einer anderen Person geteilt, die ihr Studio gleich (next door) hat. Die Waschküche ist im Kellergeschoss. Die Nebenkosten sind im Preis bereits enthalten. (Strom,Heizung,Wasser,Waschmaschinenbenützung und Internet). Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist sehr zentral gelegen. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 2 Minuten weg von hier. Einkaufs- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten gibt es gleich um die Ecke.
