Die Wohnung überzeugt nicht nur durch ihren besonderen Charme, sondern auch durch ihre zentrale und dennoch gemütliche Lage. Die freundlichen und unkomplizierten Vermieter machen das Zuhause zusätzlich besonders angenehm. Zur Wohnung gehören * Ein eigenes Kellerabteil * Ein grosszügiger Estrich * Eine Waschküche, die man sich mit einer weiteren Partei teilt * Ein Auto-Parkplatz kann bei Interesse übernommen werden. Diesen habe ich aktuell extern gemietet. Wer das besondere Flair der Altstadt liebt und gleichzeitig kurze Wege zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und dem täglichen Bedarf schätzt, wird sich hier garantiert wohlfühlen. Die Wohnung ist für mich ein kleiner Wohntraum, den ich nur schweren Herzens weitergebe. Bei Interesse oder Fragen freue ich mich über eine Nachricht. Gerne kann die Wohnung nach Absprache besichtigt werden.
