(scroll down for german) Let's make a WG together! I can take over this lovely apartment in Altstetten in November, and I'm searching for a roomie to take up the other bedroom. The apartment will be unfurnished (unlike the pictures) so feel free to also bring any couches and tables if you have them :) The apartment is on the ground floor and has a big balcony overlooking a nice garden. The kitchen is modern with a dish washer, and there is a (tiny) bathroom with a tub. Big storage space in the basement, along with a bike storage room and a shared washing machine. Initially we can rent the apartment for 22 months, with a possibility to get an indefinite contract. Queers and FLINTA* people to the front, but everyone is welcome! You'll be sharing the apartment with me, a 27 year old recent graduate and now working architect originally from Zurich. I'm searching someone who is open and communicative, and can keep the shared spaces somewhat clean. Ideally we would vibe together, and also cook dinner every once in a while, but no commitment needed! In my free time I paint, draw, make music and to other creative things, I read a lot, tend to my plants and love to debate philosophy and politics. Ich kann im November diese schöne Wohnung in Altstetten übernehmen und suche einen Mitbewohner:in für das zweite Zimmer. Die Wohnung wird unmöbliert sein (anders als auf den Fotos), also bring gerne Sofas, Tische usw. mit, falls du welche hast :) Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und hat einen grossen Balkon mit Blick auf einen schönen Garten. Die Küche ist modern und hat einen Geschirrspüler, dazu gibt's ein (kleines) Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Im Keller gibt es viel Stauraum, einen Veloraum und eine gemeinsame Waschmaschine. Zuerst können wir die Wohnung für 22 Monate mieten, mit der Möglichkeit auf einen unbefristeten Vertrag. Queers und FLINTA* Menschen to the front, aber alle sind willkommen! Du würdest die Wohnung mit mir teilen: Ich bin 27, seit kurzem abgeschlossen*e und arbeitend*e Architekt*in, ursprünglich aus Zürich. Ich suche jemanden, der offen und kommunikativ ist und die Gemeinschaftsräume einigermassen sauber hält. Idealerweise verstehen wir uns gut und kochen ab und zu zusammen, aber ohne Verpflichtung! In meiner Freizeit male und zeichne ich, mache Musik und andere kreative Dinge, lese viel, kümmere mich um meine Pflanzen und diskutiere gerne über Philosophie und Politik.
