Ich suche für meine 4,5-Zimmer-Neubauwohnung mit 2.0 m² einen Mitbewohner, der vorwiegend unter der Woche anwesend ist. Von Samstag auf Sonntag sind meine 5 und 8 jährigen Jungs mit mir dort und vielleicht nicht für jeden eine bereichernde Gesellschaft. Deswegen zwei Optionen: - Mo-Fr: 1620 CHF - Ganze Woche: 2.00 CHF Ich selbst bin Ärztin, 38, und nutze die Wohnung teils als Dienstwohnung, teils als Büro und gelegentlich für Meetings. Bin etwa 4 Nächte pro Woche selbst dort. Bin unkompliziert und offen. Preis: inkl. Nebenkosten, Internet, Möblierung und Reinigung 1x wöchentlich. Mitbenutzung: Küche, Wohn-/Esszimmer, zwei Balkone, Waschmaschine und Tumbler, zwei Badezimmer, davon eines mit Dusche, Kellerraum Lage: Nähe Langstrasse, aber aufgrund der guten Isolation recht ruhig. Rund 10 Minuten zu Fuss zum Hauptbahnhof. Gastronomie/Bars/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe. Es bestünde evtl. die Möglichkeit, die Wohnung im Laufe vom 2027 komplett zu übernehmen.
