Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage direkt hinter dem Bahnhof Basel SBB. Guter Anschluss zu ÖV (Tram Linie 16, Bus Linie 36). Die Wohnung ist gross, hell und schaut auf einen Innenhof hinaus, daher eher ruhig. Es hat eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Tumbler auf dem Stock, mit einem flexiblen Waschplan. Es gibt ein Kellerabteil und einen Veloraum. Monatliche Miete 1230.- (2.0.- davon sind Nebenkosten). Im Jahr kommen noch ca. 2.0.- für Strom und eine variable Rechnung für übrige Betriebskosten für die Wohnung hinzu. Frühstes Einzugsdatum wäre der 01.11.2026. Ein Autoparkplatz muss zusätzlich gemietet werden (keine Garantie für Verfügbarkeit). Falls du offen, unkompliziert, nicht-Raucher und interessiert bist, würde ich mich über eine Nachricht freuen, in der du dich kurz vorstellst.
