Hallo! Da ich von Anfang November 2026 bis Ende Februar 2027 auf Reisen bin, möchte ich mein Zimmer in unserer schönen 4,5-Zimmer-Wohnung im Bachlettenquartier untervermieten. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen und angenehmen Nachbarschaft und ist ein toller renovierter Altbau mit viel Charme. Gleichzeitig ist die Lage sehr praktisch: Die Tramstation Bachletten, Zoo befindet sich in direkter Nähe. Besonders schön sind der grosse Gemeinschaftsgarten, zwei Balkone auf der Nord- und Südseite sowie die ruhige Lage des Zimmers mit Blick in den Innenhof.. Du würdest mit meiner Mitbewohnerin (29) zusammenwohnen. Wir sind beide berufstätig und führen zuhause ein eher ruhiges, entspanntes WG-Leben. Uns ist wichtig, dass man sich zuhause wohlfühlt und gegenseitig Rücksicht nimmt – ebenso legen wir Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung. I’ll be travelling from the beginning of November 2026 until the end of February 2027, so I’m looking to sublet my room in our beautiful 4.5-room apartment in the Bachletten neighbourhood. The apartment is located in a very quiet and pleasant neighbourhood and is a beautifully renovated historic apartment with lots of charm. At the same time, the location is very convenient, with the Zoo tram stop just nearby. The apartment’s highlights include a large shared garden, two balconies facing north and south, and a very quiet bedroom overlooking the courtyard. You would be sharing the apartment with my flatmate (29). We both work full-time and have a rather calm and relaxed lifestyle at home. It’s important to us that everyone feels comfortable at home and respects each other’s space and routines. We also value cleanliness and tidiness. The room is fully furnished and is therefore ideal for someone who will be living in Basel for a few months, for example for work, an internship, university, or another temporary stay.
