Fast alle Universitäten sind gut erreichbar. Die Gegend ist sehr kulturell geprägt. Das Zimmer ist 26 m² gross. Das Zimmer ist ab dem 2.Oktober 2026 bis April 2027 verfügbar. Es ist mit einem Bett, einem Schreibtisch und einem Kleiderschrank ausgestattet. Die WG besteht aus vier Räumen: drei Schlafzimmern und einem grossen Wohnzimmer. Es gibt eine moderne Küche mit Geschirrspüler und ein separates WC. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell. Ausserdem gibt es zwei Balkone. Im Garten befindet sich ein Grillplatz. Derzeit wohnen zwei Frauen in der WG. Einzige Bedingung: Rauchen ist absolut verboten. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Die Wohnung ist von folgenden Orten aus bequem zu Fuss erreichbar: Inselspital, fast alle Uni. Hauptbahnhof (HB) 7 Minuten, Bushaltestelle 2 Minuten, Apotheke 2 Minuten, Coop-Supermarkt 2 Minuten und Migros-Supermarkt 5 Minuten. Die Post ist in 3 Minuten erreichbar.
