English speaking shared apartment looking for a new flatmate! The room is fully furnished as on the picture and it's about 2 m3. The bed in this room is 2.0 cm wide. The apartment is 2.0 m3, 4.5 rooms, 3 bedrooms, a living room with a simple home cinema and a dining area for 4 person. 3 bedrooms mean that there are 3 flatmates all together. Tram no.7 is 5 minutes walking. There's a Denner just about 2 minutes away and a Migros also quite close. About the house: Washing is shared, there are 2 washing machines and 2 tumble dryers. There is a drying room with a wall machine that is free to use. Garbage disposal is 24/7. Recycle station is at the tram stop, 5 minutes away. **In general the place is quiet and we would like to keep it like that.** Currently 2 flatmates are changing. (You may move along with a friend.) The only tenant staying for long is a student from Greece who studies his master level in IT. If interesting an underground parking lot is available for an extra 2.0 CHF.
