Hallo, Ich bin männlich, wohne im 2. Stock eines charmanten Hauses in Flawil und suche ab sofort neue Mitbewohner*innen. Es sind drei helle Zimmer frei ideal für alle, die eine ruhige, zentrale WG suchen. Die Zimmer sind ca. 6 m², mit viel Tageslicht und teilweise Dachschrägen. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Vinylboden in Holzoptik, ein Gemeintschafts Bad/WC auf dem Stock. Im Vorraum, der gemeinsam genutzt werden kann, gibt es eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Gemeinschaftskühlschrank. Waschraum befindet sich im Keller zur Mitbenutzung.. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. 2 Minuten zum Bahnhof. Migros, Coop, Denner, Apotheken, Ärzte, Restaurants: alles direkt ums Eck. Flawil selbst ist ruhig, gut angebunden und angenehm zum Wohnen. Ich suche und freue mich über Mitbewohner, die freundlich und unkompliziert sind, ein harmonisches Zusammenleben mögen, respektvoll mit dem Wohnraum umgehen und auf eine entspannte, angenehme Atmosphäre acht geben ich will kein Stress, kein Drama, einfach ein gutes Miteinander.
