Hallo! Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin oder einen Mitbewohner für meine Wohnung in Mühlau (ca. 2.0 m², komplett eingerichtet). Das Zimmer ist ca. 11,5 m² gross, hell und hat direkten Zugang zum Balkon, mit Blick ins Grüne. Das Zimmer Du kannst es leer oder teilmöbliert übernehmen, die Kommode kann bleiben oder raus. Im Arbeitszimmer steht ein Schlafsofa, auf dem gut zwei Personen Platz haben. Auf Wunsch stelle ich es dir ins Zimmer, sonst bleibt es im Büro. Was wir teilen Küche, Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, Wohn- und Esszimmer, Balkon sowie Waschmaschine und Tumbler. Dazu gibt es ein Arbeitszimmer mit Schreibtisch und zwei Bildschirmen. Ich bin ein paar Tage pro Woche im Homeoffice, sonst und am Wochenende kannst du es gerne zum Arbeiten oder Lernen nutzen. Der grosse Balkon beim Wohnzimmer wird noch vergrössert. Lage und Verbindung Mit dem Zug: nach Zug ca. 20 Minuten, nach Zürich ca. 50 Minuten (mit Umsteigen in Lenzburg). Mit dem Auto: nach Zürich ca. 30 Minuten, Zug und Luzern sind ebenfalls schnell erreichbar. Ein Aussenparkplatz kann für CHF 80 pro Monat dazugemietet werden. Kosten CHF 2.0 pro Monat, alles inklusive: Nebenkosten, Strom, Internet, Netflix und HBO. Mietdauer Mindestens 6 Monate, am liebsten 1 Jahr oder länger. Über mich Ich bin 29, arbeite Vollzeit und mache viel Sport. Ich koche sehr gerne, vielleicht profitierst du ja ab und zu davon. Ordnung ist mir wichtig, vor allem in Küche und Bad.
