Da meine Mitbewohnerin zurück nach Italien zieht, wird ein helles WG-Zimmer mit ca. 22 m² frei. Die Miete beträgt CHF 970 pro Monat inklusive aller Nebenkosten. Beim Einzug sind zwei Monatsmieten im Voraus zu bezahlen. Du würdest mit mir zusammenwohnen: Ich bin 32 Jahre alt und berufstätig. Da ich tagsüber viel mit Menschen arbeite, geniesse ich abends gerne etwas Ruhe und eine entspannte Atmosphäre zu Hause. Für einen kurzen Plausch bin ich aber immer zu haben. 😊 Rauchen ist okay, dafür gibt es einen Balkon. Zusätzlich steht uns ein Kellerabteil zur Verfügung.
