Wir sind eine 22er WG, aber es ist wirklich ausgesprochen ruhig hier: kaum Besuch, klare Regeln, viel Rücksicht. Ideal für jemanden, der sein Zuhause als Rückzugsort schätzt. Was wir suchen: Eine Mitbewohnerin ab 2. Dezember ruhig, sauber, verantwortungsvoll und zuverlässig Studentin oder berufstätig (Wochenaufenthalterin bevorzugt) Wenig Besuch (max. 2x Monat) Bereit, sich an bestehende Abmachungen zu halten (inkl. Semesterputz) Stabile Werte, Höflichkeit und die Bereitschaft, sich an klare Abmachungen und bewährte Strukturen zu halten – ohne Bedürfnis nach Grundsatzdiskussionen im Plenum Miete inkl. NK - auch inbegriffen : Ethernet, Serafe und Putzfrau (Küchen, Bäder, Flure) Bitte kurze Vorstellung (switzerdütsch oder deutsch) + Foto oder Link zu Instagram/Facebook.
