😉 Wir freuen uns, von dir zu lesen :)) Room in a 7-Person Flatshare at Rigiblick with Stunning Views We are a 7-person flatshare at Rigiblick, enjoying breathtaking views of the city, the lake, and the mountains – especially from the living room and the balconies. The apartment is spacious (approx. 180 m²) and offers plenty of space, so everyone can both spend time together and easily do their own thing. The apartment features: * 7 bedrooms * A cosy living room with a fireplace * Kitchen with dining area * 2 bathrooms * 2 separate toilets * 2 balconies * Cellar * Shared laundry room * Shared garage parking space The Room The room is approx. 13 m², with a large north-west-facing window. It comes with its own private bathroom, including a shower and toilet. The existing furniture (bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, clothes rack, and small table) must be taken over. The take-over price is CHF 200.– About Our Flatshare The flatshare is relaxed and uncomplicated. The apartment is very spacious, so everyone has plenty of room and their own routines. With everyone having their own jobs, studies, plans and everyday lives, people are often out and about – so you won't necessarily see everyone every day. There is no pressure to constantly do things together. At the same time, the atmosphere is friendly and respectful, and we are always happy to have a chat, grab a coffee or share a meal. Cleanliness is especially important to us. With seven people and so many shared spaces, it is really important that everyone does their part around the apartment and leaves the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room and other shared areas clean and tidy. We are therefore looking for someone who is naturally tidy and genuinely cares about keeping shared spaces clean. Being considerate is important too: we respect each other's privacy, different schedules and individual routines. Your Potential Flatmates **Michelle:** 25, works as a health specialist in a care home for dementia patients. Loves plants (if you see something green in the flatshare, it’s probably hers) and is always up for a little side quest. **Fabian:** 24, has finished his Master’s in Quantitative Finance and is now working. Tries almost every sport in his free time and is always up for a good time. **Olivia:** 27, works as a waitress in a Japanese restaurant and is a trained hairdresser. Loves reading, grew up in Spain, and is now back in Switzerland. Spent a year in Japan and continues to study Japanese. **Sacha:** 25, works in finance and is still learning German (currently a bit less motivated than Maxime). Always up for going out, sporty and ready for a good time. **Maxime:** 26, works in a wine bar and is on his way to becoming a sommelier. Learning German on the side and occasionally treats the flatshare to unbeatable tarts. Sporty and always up for a chat. **Matthias:** 34, main tenant and has been part of the flatshare for many years. Calm and relaxed, and likes doing his own thing. **Me, Lea, 22:** I’m moving out because I’ve found a new job for the winter season in Zermatt. I’m therefore looking for someone to take over my room and become part of the flatshare. I’ve had a good time living here and have met some great people. Now I’m really looking forward to my next chapter and this new adventure in Zermatt. Who We’re Looking For We are looking for a flatmate aged 20–28 who is easy-going, open-minded, and independent, and who feels comfortable living in a larger flatshare. Cleanliness is genuinely very important to us! 🧹 Since the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room and all other shared spaces are used by everyone, we are looking for someone who is very tidy, reliably does their share of the household chores, and leaves shared spaces clean after using them. Especially in a 7-person flatshare, everyone needs to take responsibility for keeping things clean rather than waiting for someone else to do it. We are looking for a clean, reliable and considerate person who feels comfortable living in a larger flatshare and understands that with seven people, everyone needs to put a little extra effort into keeping things organised and clean. You don't have to be someone who wants to constantly do things with the entire flatshare – being friendly and respectful is more important to us. Of course, we are always happy to have someone who is open to the occasional chat, coffee, or shared meal. We would especially love to find a female flatmate, as there are currently two women and four men in the flatshare and we would like to keep that balance. That said, we are open to any friendly, easy-going and open-minded person who feels like a good fit. If you’re interested, please write us a few sentences about yourself: Who are you, what are you currently doing, what does your everyday life look like, and what is important to you when living in a flatshare? And please also tell us briefly how you feel about cleanliness and household chores. 😉 We look forward to hearing from you :))
