Hoi zaeme! Ich (Nico, 28) suche einen neuen Mitbewohner fuer meine 2er-WG mitten am Kreuzplatz. Die Wohnung: Helle Neubauwohnung im 3. Stock (kein Lift) mit grossem Wohnzimmer und offener Kueche. Das freie Zimmer ist ca. 16 m2. Die Lage ist top: direkt am Kreuzplatz, also viele Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Der See ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Eine kleine Besonderheit: Wir wohnen direkt neben einer Kirche. Die Glocken schlagen gelegentlich, sind bei geschlossenen Fenstern aber gut weggedaemmt - und nachts laeuten sie nicht. Die Kosten: Die Miete betraegt CHF 1'200.- pro Monat, inklusive saemtlicher Nebenkosten. Die Kaution entspricht zwei Monatsmieten. Das Zimmer ist ab 1. November zu beziehen. Wohnzimmer und Kueche sind bereits komplett moebliert. Das Zimmer selbst ist unmoebliert - ein Kleiderschrank kann aber gerne fuer CHF 200.- uebernommen werden. Zu mir: Ich arbeite als IT-Berater, bin gerne aktiv und unternehmungslustig. Ich habe viele Interessen - dieses Jahr neu das Pumpfoilen entdeckt, sonst Gym, im Sommer in die Limmat springen, aber auch mal Techno feiern, Fahrradtouren und generell offen fuer vieles. Wen ich suche: Einen Mitbewohner zwischen 25 und 35 mit WG-Erfahrung, sauber und ordentlich. Ich suche keine Zweck-WG, sondern jemanden, mit dem man auch mal quatschen kann oder zusammen um den Block zum Tischtennis oder an den See spaziert. Genauso wichtig: Man kann sich jederzeit ins Zimmer zurueckziehen, wenn man mal keine Lust auf Socialising hat. Alles kann, nichts muss. The flat: Bright new-build apartment on the 3rd floor (no elevator) with a large living room and open kitchen. The available room is approx. 16 m2. Great location: right at Kreuzplatz, so plenty of shopping options while still being quiet. The lake is a 10-minute walk away. One small quirk: We live right next to a church. The bells ring occasionally, but they're well insulated when the windows are closed - and they don't ring at night. The costs: Rent is CHF 1'200.- per month, including all utilities. The deposit equals two months' rent. The room is available from 1 November. The living room and kitchen are already fully furnished. The room itself is unfurnished - but a wardrobe can be taken over for CHF 200.- if you like. About me: I work as an IT consultant and enjoy being active and out doing things. I have lots of interests - this year I got into pump foiling, plus the gym, jumping into the Limmat in summer, but also the occasional techno night, bike tours, and I'm generally open to a lot. Who I'm looking for: A flatmate between 25 and 35 with shared-flat experience, clean and tidy. I'm not looking for a purely practical arrangement, but someone you can chat with or head out with around the block for table tennis or a walk to the lake. Just as important: you can always retreat to your room when you're not in the mood to socialise. Everything's welcome, nothing's required.
